The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services include regular maintenance and prompt resolution of issues for household equipment such as air conditioners, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, desktops, and laptops. This comprehensive service also extends to facility management, providing all required manpower, labor, and tools.
1. The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) shall be effective for twelve months starting from the 7th day after the agreement comes into force. The successful bidder is obligated to provide services at agreed rates and terms throughout this period. The contract may be extended upon mutual consent for up to one additional year under the same terms and conditions. Subsequent renewals will be reviewed at the end of the extended period.
2. Regular maintenance inspections will be conducted prior to finalizing the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
3. The correct and error-free specification of additional equipment to be included must be clearly defined.
4. The contract will be valid for 364 days starting from the date of signing.
5. The replacement or upgrading of damaged parts or spares is not covered under the Contract.
6. Only the labor costs will be included in the specified amount of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
7. The charges for replacement of parts/components are not covered in the plan.
8. The contract will be considered void if it is not renewed on or before the 365th day.
9. After registering a service problem or inquiry, a designated mechanic will visit and/or resolve the issue within 24 hours.
10. If the equipment covered under the AMC sustains damage or experiences reduced performance due to the influence of a third party (such as another mechanic's service during the AMC period), the contract will be considered void upon notification.
11. For Air Conditioners (A/C), routine servicing will be performed once every 4 to 6 months based on customer satisfaction.
